01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the SwiftThumbnail network (the "Network"), you agree to be bound by these Protocol Specifications (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any segment of these specifications, your authorization to access the platform is revoked.
02. Creative License
All assets generated through the High-Fidelity Engine are the sole property of the human operator. You retain 100% commercial rights. However, the underlying neural weights and architectural logic remain the proprietary property of SwiftThumbnail.
03. Usage Limits
Usage is metered via the Credit System. Automated extraction (scraping) or reverse-engineering of the AI models is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate node disconnection without refund.
04. Liability
The system is provided "as is" with zero downtime guarantees. We are not liable for any data loss, creative synchronization failures, or secondary losses resulting from node instability.
